REAL 137 - Transaction Applications

Provides the opportunity to obtain further knowledge and skills related to the real estate business through planned case studies, role playing, and field activities. Emphasizes practical experience and the application of classroom learning to real-world work situations. Note: The State of Illinois requires individuals to be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent before sitting for the state exam. Prerequisite(s): REAL 135 or REAL 136 or permission of the Real Estate Program Coordinator. (PCS 1.2, 1 credit hour - 1 hour lecture, 0 hours lab)
