EESC 145 - Intro Geology & Physical Geography

Identifies and describes the geologic materials that make up the Earth’s crust and explains the role of past and present geologic processes in changing the character of the Earth’s surface over geologic time. Investigates the path of energy flow through hydrologic and tectonic systems and the impact of wind, water, and glaciers on the Earth’s landscape. Prerequisite(s): None. (PCS 1.1, 3 credit hours - 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
