DENT 144 - Dental Materials

(Fall Semester Only)

Introduces the student to the physical properties, manipulations, and applications of dental materials used in taking impressions, constructing study casts, and formulating restorative materials and replacing or protecting structures within the oral cavity. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Dental Assisting Program. (PCS 1.2, 3.5 credit hours - 2.5 hours lecture, 3 hours lab)
