MEDA 130 - Pharmacology for Medical Assistants
Introduces concepts and applications of pharmacological principles. Focuses on drug classifications, principles and procedures of medication administration, calculation of drug problems, and medicolegal responsibilities of the medical assistant. Prerequisite(s): C or better in MEDA 140. (PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours - 1 hour lecture, 4 hours lab)
