Continues PHYS 241, with emphasis on systems which are not in equilibrium. Topics include torques, forces, velocities and accelerations in both translational and rotational motion. Prerequisite(s): C or better in PHYS 241. (PCS 1.1, 3 credit hours - 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
