Covers fundamental principles, as in CHEM 131, but at a higher level and with more quantitative applications as well as more detailed descriptions of atomic and molecular theory. Note: Withdrawal from CHEM 141 requires withdrawal from CHEM 121. Prerequisite(s): C or better in high school chemistry or C or better in CHEM 131; C or better in MATH 131; and concurrent enrollment in CHEM 121.
