ADCG 210 - Architectural History

Studies the influences and development of architecture from prehistoric to the 19th Century, in particular, the study of structure, aesthetics, and the language of architecture. Visual and cultural analysis of selected buildings, urban spaces, and cities, from ancient Greece to modern times; emphasizes the architectural traditions of world traditions, especially as they affect the built environment of America and the Middle West.
